Chief Marketing Officer

to lead the redefinition and execution of our global marketing strategy. In this pivotal leadership role, you will lead a high-performing Marketing team and be responsible for driving a comprehensive marketing approach that accelerates demand generation, strengthens brand visibility, and supports revenue growth across all service lines. You will be working with a highly professional company leadership team with diverse backgrounds.


Key Responsibilities, What You'll be Doing:




Define and execute the global marketing strategy in the environment of business expansion and AI-driven distruption of global marketing landscape Evolve and elevate N-iX brand across global markets. Ensure messaging clarity and differentiation Build and scale multi-channel campaigns across digital, events, ABM, and partner co-marketing Ensure collaboration with Customers' marketing depts. to promote joint product sucess stories. Run joint campaigns with our technology partners. Oversee lead-generation and branding content production and publishing. Evaluate and evolve existing N-iX digital marketing campaigns Lead and mentor a team, foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability Manage marketing budget, and performance reporting Partner with business units to promote new services and offerings effectively Scale the activities regionally and support regional sales teams

Requirements, What You'll Need to Succeed:




15+ years of progressive marketing experience with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role in B2B technology or digital services 12+ years of relevant experience in 3 or more of the following areas: integrated marketing, corporate marketing communications, corporate communications, global brand marketing, performance marketing Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills Expertise with marketing automation platforms Experiance in running paid search campaigns (Google Adwords, Bing) Experience with producing and publishing lead generation content Proven media expertise with an extensive professional network Knowledge of customer segmentation and buyer personas in the software development service industry, with proven ability to tailor marketing strategies to meet the unique needs of different regions and buyer segments Strong analytical mindset with experience using data-driven decision-making to optimize marketing campaigns, track ROI, and refine go-to-market strategies Time spent working in the US and UK is required Can deliver work from the starting idea to the finished product Experience in managing globally distributed teams is preferred
