Chief of Staff

to work closely with our CEO and leadership team to help scale Mimo to the next level.

The Role

As

Chief of Staff

, you'll act as a force-multiplier for the CEO and leadership team. You'll bring structure, focus, and operational excellence to our business, while leaning into automation and AI to scale your impact further. This is a highly strategic and execution-heavy role--perfect for someone who thrives in ambiguity, moves fast, and wants to help shape the future of Mimo.


You'll:

Be a right hand to the CEO

- manage priorities, drive alignment across the team, and ensure the most important things get done.

Lead cross-functional projects

- across strategic initiatives, finance, and operational improvements.

Bridge strategy and execution

- translate big-picture goals into structured plans and drive accountability across the business.

Spot and solve problems before they escalate

- anticipate bottlenecks and keep momentum high.

Use AI

to streamline work for you and others at Mimo.

You'll thrive in this role if you...

Are

competitive

3-6 years' experience

in fast-paced environments (startup, consulting, banking, or operations roles). Are a

strategic thinker with a bias for action

--comfortable with numbers, business models, and operational detail. Are a

strong communicator

--able to write and present clearly to both internal teams and external stakeholders. Have

fintech experience
