Chief of Staff, Victoria Office, London



About the Role:




As the Chief of Staff, you will be integral in driving operational efficiency and organizational effectiveness. You will support recruitment, assist directors with administrative needs, oversee office administration, and lead team-building initiatives. Additionally, you will play a key role in supporting the sales team by designing and creating impactful sales materials and presentations, and developing AI-driven initiatives and technology tools to enhance sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:



Recruitment Support:

Collaborate with HR and Hiring Managers to streamline the hiring process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.

Director Support:

Assist directors with scheduling, correspondence, and administrative tasks.

Office Administration:

Oversee day-to-day operations, including facilities management and administrative processes.

Team Building:

Plan and execute team-building initiatives to foster a positive work environment.

Sales Admin & CRM Optimization:

Manage sales administration, optimize CRM processes, and support the sales team by designing and creating high-impact sales materials and presentations.

Innovative Initiatives:

Develop and implement AI-driven and technology-enhanced initiatives to boost sales, marketing and business performance.

Requirements



Minimum of 5 years of commercial working experience Ideally, experience in a media or events, or climate-related business. Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills. Proactive, adaptable, problem solver, outcome orientated and able to work independently.
