We're searching for a Richmond based Chief of Staff to join our UK&I President's Office team, so that we can drive strategic initiatives, operational excellence, and executive effectiveness across the UK&I region. The Chief of Staff will serve as a trusted partner to the UK&I President, blending high-level administrative support with strategic planning, project management, and cross-functional coordination to ensure smooth executive operations and impactful leadership execution.
How You'll Spend Your Time
Managing complex calendars and travel logistics to prioritise strategic engagements
Preparing high quality presentations, reports, and briefing materials for internal and external stakeholders
Facilitating quarterly and annual strategic planning processes to translate strategy into measurable goals
Tracking progress on strategic initiatives and surfacing risks for timely decision making
Gathering and analysing performance data to support executive decisions
Leading planning and execution of leadership events such as Core Weeks
Coordinating agendas, content, and communications for executive forums
Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency
Drafting executive communications and ensuring effective stakeholder engagement
Representing leadership in meetings and maintaining confidentiality and continuity of messaging
What Kind of Things We're Most Interested in You Having
Proven success as an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or strategic support role, ideally in a high-growth or SaaS environment
Exceptional organisational, communication, and project management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Excel, PowerPoint, and BI tools like Tableau or Power BI
Ability to commute to Richmond office 3-5 days per week, with flexibility for key events
