agencies. We empower Estate agencies with AI-driven tools that handle lead generation,

qualification, communication, and viewing scheduling across channels like WhatsApp, email,

and website chatbots for agencies, all unified into a shared inbox.

As we scale, we are seeking a visionary CTO to shape our technical strategy, lead innovation,

and build a world-class engineering function capable of supporting rapid growth.

Role Overview

As CTO, you will define and execute BridgeAI's technology vision in alignment with business

objectives. You'll oversee all technical operations -- from software development and

infrastructure to data security and digital transformation. This is both a strategic and hands-

on leadership role, suited for a technology leader who thrives in a fast-paced, scaling

environment.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Strategy

? Define and execute the company's technology vision, strategy, and roadmap in

alignment with business goals.

? Act as a key member of the executive team, advising on technical opportunities,

risks, and investments.

? Build, lead, and mentor a high performing engineering team, fostering a culture of

innovation, collaboration, and accountability.

? Manage technology budgets and resources effectively, ensuring cost-efficient and

sustainable growth.

? Identify emerging technologies and assess their potential to create a competitive

advantage.

Technical Oversight & Execution

? Provide hands on guidance in architecture, design, and development ensuring

system reliability, scalability, and maintainability.

? Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure a high-quality

development process.

? Oversee DevOps, infrastructure, and cloud operations across AWS and Digital Ocean

environments.

? Implement best practices in CI/CD, code quality, and observability.

? Ensure compliance with data protection and security regulations (e.g., GDPR).

? Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity strategies.

Innovation & Growth

? Evaluate and integrate AI/ML, automation, and data-driven solutions to improve

product capability.

? Foster experimentation and continuous improvement within the engineering

organisation.

? Manage relationships with external technology partners and vendors to support

product growth and scalability.

Technical Environment

? Languages & Frameworks: Python, Django, FastAPI

? Databases: PostgreSQL, NoSQL

? Cloud & Infrastructure: AWS (EC2, S3, SES), DigitalOcean, Docker

? DevOps: CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions, Terraform (optional but valued)

? Other Tools: Celery, Redis, Nginx, Supervisor, WebSocket-based messaging

Qualifications

? Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, AI, or related field

(Master's preferred).

? 10+ years in software engineering, with at least 4 years as a Technology Officer or

Senior leadership role.

? Experience in a fast-paced startup environment is highly preferred.

? Proven experience managing large-scale technology systems, IT budgets, and

technical teams.

? Strong background in Python-based ecosystems (Django, FastAPI).

? Experience with AWS and/or DigitalOcean infrastructure management.

? Demonstrated success driving digital transformation, implementing DevOps

practices, and leading data-driven initiatives.

? Deep understanding of cybersecurity, data privacy, and compliance frameworks

(e.g., GDPR).

? Strong strategic and analytical mindset, capable of aligning technology initiatives

with business impact.

? Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

? Certifications such as AWS, ITIL, PMP, or CISSP.

? Experience with AI/ML systems or conversational bots.

? Familiarity with the real estate or CRM industry.

? Knowledge of event-driven and asynchronous architectures.

? Experience scaling engineering teams in a startup environment.

Pay: 100,000.00-150,000.00 per year
