We are seeking a part-time CTO to oversee the development and scale-up of our technology platform, ensuring robust architecture, data integrity, and continuous innovation in our digital products.

Key Responsibilities

Technology Leadership: Define and implement ReachX's technology roadmap in alignment with strategic objectives and product vision. Product Development Oversight: Guide the design, build, and maintenance of SaaS tools, deal origination workflows, and data products. Architecture & Infrastructure: Ensure system scalability, cybersecurity, data governance, and platform reliability. Team Management: Build, mentor, and manage engineering talent--both internal developers and outsourced teams. Innovation & Strategy: Evaluate emerging fintech and AI technologies to enhance automation, analytics, and user experience. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with the CEO, Head of Product, and business teams to translate commercial goals into technical execution. Vendor Management: Oversee external IT vendors, cloud partners (AWS/Azure), and key SaaS integrations. Compliance & Security: Maintain compliance with financial data protection standards (GDPR, FCA technology guidelines, etc.). KPIs & Reporting: Establish measurable performance indicators, budgets, and timelines for technology milestones.
Qualifications

Proven success in a senior technology leadership or CTO role within a fintech, SaaS, or investment platform. Strong background in full-stack development, cloud infrastructure, and API architecture. Experience managing distributed teams and third-party development resources. Familiarity with data analytics, AI-driven tools, and compliance frameworks in financial services. Excellent communication and strategic planning skills.
