The Opportunity

We're seeking a world-class Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join the founding team and lead the global scale-up of our platform.

This role is for a bold, visionary technology leader with deep experience in AI/ML, cloud architecture, and mobile platform scaling, who wants to build something that matters and share in the long-term value creation of a major exit.

You'll work alongside elite developers and AI engineers from Microsoft, Google, and Amazon, driving innovation that transforms the way physical space is used around the world.

What You'll Do

Own the end-to-end technology vision and roadmap across AI, mobile, and cloud systems. Scale a global platform handling real-time transactions and enterprise integrations. Lead development of AI/ML intelligence for pricing, predictive analytics, and space optimisation. Manage a world-class distributed engineering team, setting the bar for quality and innovation. Oversee enterprise-grade security, compliance, and infrastructure. Collaborate directly with the Founder, investors, and global enterprise partners to align technology, commercial growth, and long-term valuation.
You'll Bring

10+ years in senior tech leadership at a world-class technology company or high-growth platform (Apple, Google, Tesla, Microsoft, Uber, Airbnb, etc.). Proven experience scaling mobile or SaaS products to multi-region markets. Deep understanding of AI/ML systems, cloud scaling, and data infrastructure. Strong communication skills and comfort working at investor and board level. Entrepreneurial mindset -- motivated by ownership, equity, and legacy.
