Building positive respectful relationships with families, listening to children and ensuring they are involved in decisions that affect their lives is at the heart of what we do.


These exciting posts would involve supporting Social Workers within their case management responsibilities by providing a service to children who are Looked After, and their families as follows:

Contribute to inter-agency working Contribute towards the assessment of children and families' Contribute to the planning of care/service provision Contribute to the monitoring and review of care plans (in non-complex cases and under the supervision of a Social Worker) Provide direct work with children and families Establish, sustain and develop working relationships with children and their families Contribute to the protection of children Promoting family time between children and their families
