Full time & Part Time - 40 Hours & 24 Hours - Rotas will include a mixture of the following shifts
Day shift, Night shift & Sleep ins - sleeps paid an additional 70
Locations may vary due to the accommodation being provided by the local authority

You must -
Have experience working with children and young people with challenging behaviours
Have a genuine passionate for providing quality care
Excellent communication and relationship building skills
A commitment to safeguarding, professionalism, and delivering care that puts the young person first
Hold a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Children & Young People or are willing to work towards this
Manage and de-escalate challenging behaviours
Work collaboratively with care teams, contributing to care plans
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: 14.00-14.50 per hour
