What we're looking for:

A genuine love for working with young children

Some experience in a nursery or childcare setting (paid or voluntary)

Reliability, warmth, and a team-focused mindset

A willingness to learn and grow professionally

Qualifications in Health & Social Care, Playwork, or Teaching Assistant studies are desirable

GCSE Maths and English (or willingness to work towards them)

Working hours:

7:45am - 6:00pm, 4 days per week

Includes a paid 30-minute lunch break

A regular fixed day off each week

Closed on bank holidays and during the Christmas period to support a healthy work-life balance

Expected hours: 20.5 - 41 per week
