Childcare Assistant/playworker (part Time)
Job Description
We are a lovely after school and holiday club, looking for someone with great energy and positivity who is enthusiastic about spending time interacting with children of primary school age. This position is at Ashton Keynes Primary School.
The hours are TERM TIME ONLY from 3pm - 6pm. We have up to 9 hours a week available, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. More hours are available in the holidays if you wish to work then.
You must be able to plan and organise exciting and creative games, crafts and activities, and be keen to get stuck in!
You will need to be confident, capable of communicating with parents or guardians, and be a great team player. You will need strong organisational skills to plan and facilitate play activities.
This job requires a DBS in line with our safeguarding procedures.
