Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 in line with EYFS standards.
Support children with SEN, adapting activities to meet individual needs and developmental stages.
Create, plan, and deliver stimulating and age-appropriate learning activities.
Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development.
Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
Ensure the safety, wellbeing, and safeguarding of all children under your care.
Assist in preparing learning materials and maintaining a clean, organised classroom environment.
Follow nursery policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements at all times.
Work collaboratively as part of a friendly, professional team.
Requirements
Level 3 Childcare Qualification (mandatory).
SEN experience is essential.
Strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Passionate about child development and early years education.
Reliable, patient, and nurturing approach.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
