Qualification requirements

As The Nursery Manager, you will be responsible for

Overseeing the day-to-day running of the nursery Leading, managing and inspiring a team of passionate early years professionals Creating and maintaining a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for both children and staff Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements including safeguarding standards Developing and maintaining positive relationships with parents and staff Managing budgets, resources and staffing rotas Continuously improving our service through feedback, reviews and other initiatives
Applicants should be motivated with an eagerness to learn and engage in further training.

Knowledge and understanding of children's developmental needs is essential.

Essential Criteria

CCLD Level 5 or BA Hons in Early Years At least 1 years experience in a Supervisory or management position Child Protection (or willing to attain). First Aid (or willing to attain) Level 2 Food Safety (or willing to attain). IT skills including use of Famly app, Microsoft Word and Excel Clean Driving Licence
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 34,000.00-36,000.00 per year
