Salary: 25,000 - 27,000 per year

Job type: Full-time, Permanent

Blooming Futures Daycare is looking for a Room Leader who's ready to take charge, inspire a team, and deliver outstanding early years education. If you're driven, confident, and love bringing the best out of children and colleagues, this is your chance to make a real impact.

What You'll Do

Lead and motivate your room team every day Plan and deliver exciting, play-based learning experiences Keep routines running smoothly and safely Support your team with feedback, coaching, and guidance Build strong relationships with children, families, and staff Maintain high standards for safeguarding, safety, and cleanliness

What We're Looking For

Level 3 Early Years qualification (or higher) Experience leading a team in an early years setting Strong knowledge of EYFS and child development Great communication and leadership skills Energy, creativity, and a hands-on approach Knowledge of health and safety requirements
