We are delighted to announce a brand-new opportunity for an experienced and passionate Nursery Manager to join our team and play a key role in the opening of our brand new nursery.

This is an exciting chance to lead from the very beginning -- shaping the nursery environment, supporting staff, and building strong partnerships with local schools, families, and providers to give every child the very best start in life.

Requirements



Minimum Level 3 in childcare or equivalent Minimum 2 years in Deputy or Management role Experience of being involved in an Ofsted inspection

Duties and responsibilities:



Actively promote and support the protection of children and young people in the workplace, ensuring that all staff and volunteers observe nursery policies and procedures to keep children safe from harm. Help lead and support staff to implement the EYFS To ensure that you provide the children with a wide variety of learning experiences and a safe, secure and caring environment in which they can grow and develop. You will be the nominated manager of the setting
Above all else you must have passion for childrens development, welfare and providing a great service for our community. T

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Projected Total Compensation: 1.00 per year
