? We are seeking a dedicatedDeputy Manager
to join the management team inWarrington
.This exciting new service will specialize in supporting young people with
Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD)
and challenging behaviours. This is a unique chance to be instrumental in the home's opening and ensure it provides outstanding,Ofsted-standard support
from day one.Your Key Responsibilities
As Deputy Manager, you will be a vital part of the leadership team, supporting operations and compliance:
Service Launch:
Actively support the opening and establishment of the new children's home.Interim Leadership:
Confidentlydeputize as the Registered Manager
in their absence, maintaining high standards.Team Development:
Assist with themanagement and recruitment of staff
.Safeguarding & Outcomes:
Support safeguarding processes and ensure care plans are followed to achieve positive outcomes for young people.Contract & Requirements
Contract Details
Salary:
Up to41,000
total package.Rate of Pay:
15.50 per hour, plus65 per sleep-in allowance
.Schedule:
Excellent work-life balance with a2 days on, 4 days off
shift pattern.Type:
Full-time, Permanent contract.Essential Requirements
Qualification:
NVQ Level 3
in Children and Young People (or equivalent).Experience:
Proven background as aTeam Leader, Senior Support Worker, or Deputy Manager
in a children's residential setting.Driving:
A validDriving Licence
is required.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to 42,000.00 per year
