We are looking for a Children's Home Registered Manager to join a team of dedicated and experienced staff for a freshly new home located in Preston in Lancashire.
The organisation's head of Business strategy has over two decades of experience in the industry of children's home and is well equipped to mentor the potential Registered Manager for Ofsted registration and their own career development.
Job Title: Children's Home Registered Manager
Location: Preston, Lancashire
Salary: 45,000 - 55,00 per annum (Negotiable based on experience)
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

WHAT WE NEED:
Essential criteria:
Driving Licence
2 years' management or leadership experience in a children's residential setting (Applications from experience Deputy Managers looking for career progression will be most welcomed as well).
NVQ / ILM / QCF Level 4 or 5 in Management (Residential Childcare) or working towards this (Or you will be happy to be enrolled on this if not attained already)
Inspiring management style who places the needs of the children at the heart of all your management decisions.
Desired criteria:
Level 5 Children and Young Peoples Workforce or equivalent
Previous Ofsted rating of either Good or Outstanding

Recent experience working either as a Children's Home Registered Manager or as a Children's Deputy Manager in a Children's Home (Essential)
Level 5 Diploma in leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent qualification): Desirable
Level 4 Diploma for Residential Childcare (or equivalent qualification): Desirable
Full UK Driving Licence: Desirable
