Due to internal promotions we have an exciting opportunity to work at our home in Leigh for children with learning disabilities, which is rate Good by Ofsted.

Panacea Children's Services seeks compassionate individuals for our Leigh residence, designed for children with learning disabilities or autism.

The home cares for up to two children aged 7 to 18 in a safe, modern environment, helping them feel happy and develop.

As a Team Leader, you'll guide children and support staff, ensuring quality care and positive outcomes.

You need at least two years' UK residential childcare experience, a Level 3 qualification, and a full UK driving licence.

You'll oversee children's welfare, support staff, and manage paperwork, requiring good organisational, written, and IT skills. You must set boundaries, build positive relationships, and safeguard children.

The role involves early, late, and some night shifts (up to 10/month), including weekends and bank holidays.

Salary, including sleep, up to 39,420, plus benefits like a pension and employee assistance.
