, designed to deliver exceptional care and outcomes for children with emotional and behavioural difficulties.

About the Role

We're seeking a

dynamic, experienced Registered Manager

to take the reins of this exciting new service. You'll be responsible for:

Leading the home through registration and early operations Building a trauma-informed, child-centered culture from day one Working in close partnership with local authorities and Ofsted Recruiting and developing a high-performing care team Embedding safeguarding, compliance, and therapeutic best practice

Essential Requirements

Level 5 QCF Diploma

in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare Proven experience as a

Registered Manager

in a children's home setting Strong track record of

partnership working

with Ofsted and local councils Full

right to work in the UK

Passion for innovation, quality, and child welfare

Experience:

Management Skills : 2 years (preferred) Working in Children's Residential Homes Settings: 5 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:

Enhanced DBS Certificate (preferred) QCF 5 or NVQ 4 Applicable to Managing a Children's Home (preferred)
