Key Responsibilities & Duties
Providing full operational leadership of the children's home
Managing and supporting a diverse, high-performing care team
Overseeing care planning, safeguarding, and risk management strategies
Liaising with education teams and multidisciplinary professionals to ensure holistic care
Promoting the home with internal and external stakeholders
Producing reports and performance data aligned with KPIs
Driving service quality and continuous improvement
Contributing to organisational projects and development initiatives
What We're Looking For
A child-centred individual focused on achieving the best possible outcomes
Experience as a Registered Manager, or at least two years' experience as a Deputy Manager with the ambition and readiness to step into the Registered Manager role
Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
A genuine commitment to trauma-informed, therapeutic care approaches
