We are looking for a dynamic, experienced and qualified Residential Deputy Manager who has a passion for working with children and young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD).
The role involves:
Supporting the Residential Manager with day-to-day operations of the home.
Ensuring consistent adherence to standards and delivery of top-quality care for our
Building and maintaining an exceptional, motivated, and self-assured staff team.
Providing leadership, managerial guidance, and support to staff across all levels
Directing and overseeing all child protection and safeguarding matters.
Collaborating with Local Authorities, Education, Health, and other relevant
Requirements:
Clear enhanced DBS Record
Level 5 in Leadership and management in Children's Residential (or prepared to
complete)
Sound knowledge and understanding of Ofsted Framework and current legislations.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Full UK Driving Licence (desirable).
