Responsibilities
Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the service.
Supervise and support staff to ensure high-quality care is provided.
Develop and implement personalized care plans for young residents.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in care.
Foster a positive environment that promotes independence and growth.
Collaborate with external agencies to enhance service delivery.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of support programs.
Provide training and mentorship to new staff members.
Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare
Proven experience in a management role within Residential care or related fields.
Strong understanding of assisted living and senior care practices.
Excellent leadership and supervisory skills.
Ability to develop effective care plans tailored to individual needs.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements in social care settings.
Experience working with young people, particularly those in residential care is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Essential Requirements

Valid UK Driving License
Relevant experience of working with children in residential care.
We can only accept applications from candidates who are located in and eligible to work within the UK.
Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare.
All roles will be subject to a successful disclosure at an appropriate level from the
Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).
