We are now seeking a passionate and dynamic Registered Manager to lead our dedicated team and uphold the highest standards of care within our new residential home in line with Ofsted regulations.
The Role
As Registered Manager, you will:
Lead, inspire, and support a team of residential care staff.
Support the current Registered Manager while awaiting own registration
Support the development of our new provision while works are in progress.
Ensure the home meets and exceeds Ofsted's "Good" and "Outstanding" ratings.
Create a safe, child-centred environment that promotes resilience, independence, and positive outcomes.
Oversee daily operations, budgets, staffing, and safeguarding practices.
Build strong relationships with external agencies, professionals, and families.
Drive continuous improvement and professional development across the team.
What We're Looking For
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards).
Previous experience in a leadership role within a children's residential setting.
Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding practices.
A passion for making a lasting difference in the lives of children and young people.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
