Children's Residential Support Worker (Bank) - Bradford
This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate
Children's Residential Support Worker
who is looking for some flexibility in their working life while developing their career with a values-led care organisation based in Bradford.
Our 3-bed children's home supports young people with emotional and behavioural needs (EBD) in a nurturing, structured, and therapeutic environment.
We are now looking to expand our
Bank Staff Team
with skilled and reliable professionals who share our commitment to helping children build brighter futures.
Essential Requirements
Previous experience working within a
children's residential home
(EBD or similar setting).
Currently working towards
Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare
or
Level 3/4 Children, Young People and Families Practitioner
qualification.
A genuine passion for improving the lives of children and young people.
Ability to work within safeguarding and safer-recruitment frameworks, promoting the welfare of children at all times.
Flexibility to work shifts, including sleep-ins, weekends, and bank holidays as required.
What We Offer
Hourly rate:
12.21 - 13.10 (dependent on qualifications and experience)
Sleep-ins:
50 per night (up to 10 per month)
