About the Role:
Our
Team Leaders
are integral to the running of Dearnalay House. You'll support the Registered Manager by overseeing daily practice, coaching staff, managing risk, and ensuring all care aligns with our therapeutic ethos.
Responsibilities:
Supporting the day-to-day leadership of the home
Managing staff performance, supervisions, and shift leadership
Overseeing documentation and care plan implementation
Liaising with social workers, professionals, and families
Responding to incidents using CPI (Crisis Prevention Institute) techniques
What We're Looking For:
Minimum 3 years' experience in residential childcare
Experience supervising staff or leading shifts
Level 3 Diploma (essential); Level 5 (desirable or working toward)
Strong leadership and safeguarding awareness
