The Support Worker plays a vital role in providing assistance and care to individuals, particularly children, ensuring their well-being and development. Duties

Assist children with daily activities, ensuring their safety and comfort. Implement individual care plans tailored to each child's needs. Facilitate communication between children and their families or guardians. Support educational activities and promote social skills development. Maintain accurate records of progress and any incidents that occur. Collaborate with other professionals involved in the child's care. Drive clients to appointments or activities as required.

Skills

Experience with children, demonstrating an understanding of their unique needs and behaviours. Strong driving skills with a valid driving licence for transporting clients as necessary. Knowledge of childcare practices and principles. Ability to develop and follow care plans effectively. Excellent communication skills for interacting with children, families, and colleagues.
