Job Description

Rugbytots is a fun children's programme for 1.5 - 7 year old boys and girls based around the principles of rugby. Rugbytots classes are the best children's activity classes available, evidenced by over 100,000 children participating in them on a weekly basis . We use the best kit and like to have the best kind of people on our team.

We currently run weekend classes for families at our venues in Worcester, Malvern, Redditch and Rubery, with classes launching in Hereford very soon.

Our fun, structured play sessions take children on a journey of sporting imagination with engaging and energetic activity leaders and coaches supporting them every step of the way.

You don't need to be a rugby expert or professional coach to work with us. A basic knowledge of the game is useful but

confidence

, a

very outgoing

personality

and the

ability to work with young children

is what we are looking for. Full training is provided and we have a comprehensive activity programme for you to work from so you'll always know what to do.

The main location you will be working in is Hereford.

Saturday mornings every week from 8:30-10:30. Our weekend classes run year round, taking short breaks for Easter weekend, Christmas & New Year.

Starting as soon as possible to begin training.

Mix of working indoors and outdoors. Generally working indoors when the weather is poor.

Responsibilities:



To run a series of high energy classes for children of various age groups, from 18months to 5years of age. Full programme of activities and equipment is provided.

To engage with children and their families in a friendly, fun and enthusiastic manner.

To implement the pre-planned weekly activity programme within the Rugbytots class structure.

Requirements to be a Children's Activity Lead or Coach at Rugbytots:



Fun and confident personality.

Dynamic with lots of enthusiasm.

Excellent communication & organisation skills.

Knowledge of tag rugby basics beneficial - passing, kicking, working as a team.

Previous experience working with children and/or coaching beneficial.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 10.00-17.50 per hour
