We are an established, child-focused organisation in Burton on Trent with a mission to create safe, nurturing environments where children can heal, grow, and thrive. With two Ofsted-rated "Good" homes already operating and a third opening soon, we are expanding our team of dedicated Children Support Workers.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day care and emotional support to children in a residential setting Deliver therapeutic care using the PACE model (Playfulness, Acceptance, Curiosity, Empathy) Support and implement individual therapeutic interventions Help children build resilience and develop emotional regulation skills Work closely with colleagues to maintain a structured and therapeutic home environment Share therapeutic knowledge and approaches with the wider care team

What We're Looking For:

Experience in residential childcare and therapeutic approaches - essential A child-centred mindset with a strong commitment to making a difference Excellent communication and teamwork skills A proactive, compassionate, and patient approach Full UK driving licence - required
