About the Job
Smooth Starts Plus is a community support organisation who work with children and young people who struggle to access meaningful activities, often due to their complex sensory and communication needs.
As a support worker, you will work with children in the community to access activities they enjoy, or want to do. An ability to form positive relationships and a creative and energetic outlook are key for this role
The contracted hours available are between 15.00-18.00 on weekdays, and 9.00-16.00 during weekends. The exact breakdown of hours can be discussed based on preference at interview.
Please note - a car driver, with access to a vehicle for transporting children, is essential for this role. Overtime hours are often available.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From 12.50 per hour
