Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality, person-centred care in a residential setting. Support children and young people emotionally, socially, and practically. Assist in creating and implementing personalised care plans. Promote life skills, independence, and positive routines. Work closely with the team to maintain a safe and homely environment. Transport young people to school, appointments, and activities (driving required). Maintain accurate records in line with policies and regulations.
Requirements

Genuine passion for supporting children and young people. Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills. Resilient, empathetic, and proactive approach. Full UK driving licence -

Essential

Willingness to work towards NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare if not already qualified. Experience in residential childcare - Preferred*
