Up to 36,000 per annum

About the Team Leader Role
You will lead and motivate a team of support workers to provide a safe, caring, and positive home for children with complex needs. Your role requires residential childcare experience and a Level 3 qualification (or willingness to get one). The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with strong leadership skills and a passion for helping young people thrive.
What We're Looking For:
? Experience in residential childcare or a similar setting
? Leadership or supervisory experience within a care environment
? A Level 3 qualification in Residential Childcare
? Strong knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures
? Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
? Passion for making a positive impact in young people's lives
Key Responsibilities:
? Leading and supporting a team of residential support workers
? Ensuring the highest standard of care for children and young people
? Promoting independence, emotional well-being, and social development
? Overseeing care plans, risk assessments, and daily records
? Managing safeguarding concerns and responding appropriately
? Supporting staff development through training, guidance, and supervision
? Working closely with external professionals and families
