Position Summary Based in London, the FMCG Business Development Executive (BDE) is a supporting role to the manager in areas of promotion and implementation of key trade marketing initiatives, monitoring, analysing and reporting on sales programmes, gathering key market intelligence and providing support to distributor and trade. Key Responsibilities The main focus is to assist and support initiatives to drive distribution and build strong sales growth by working with distributor and trade customers, create innovative ideas and methods to win in-market support to stock and sell a wide range of LKK

products. Planning & Analysing o Assist with timely follow-up and implementation of key mainstream development strategies and development programmes o Ensure effective stock supply and availability across all relevant channels during both normal and promotional periods o Collate and track information on competitors? prices and activities to support business planning o Analyse and evaluate results of promotional and marketing programmes implemented Sales and Marketing Support o Assist with product demonstrations and presentations preparation to pitch into relevant key accounts o Represent LKK in cooking demonstrations at trade and consumer shows and customer meetings and events o Support other sales and trade marketing activities, routines, and paper work. Selection Criteria The position requires a highly self-driven and motivated person with excellent project management and organisational skills. Fluent spoken & written English is a must. Good command of Spanish or German is required. As a representative of LKK, you must be of professional appearance and good interpersonal skills. You must be educated to degree level, know how to work in a team and be able plan your own schedule and prioritize your workload. o Must have a full UK Driving licence as the job may involve driving. Must be prepared to work flexible hours as needs arise for certain occasions or events o Permission to work in the UK o Possess good MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point,?etc) skills o Tertiary education and numerically competent. Business or Marketing degree an advantage Personal Profile o Good organiser with excellent self-discipline o Can work under pressure o Must be independent o Previous experience with analysing data would be advantageous o Good Communicator o Must be a team player and assist colleagues in cross department when required o Chinese food lover/keen cook with passion for food a definite advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 35,000.00-40,000.00 per year
