Role Overview



We're hiring a hands-on generalist who learns fast, adapts quickly, and gets things done to support the leadership team. You'll keep day-to-day operations running smoothly while contributing to marketing and basic visual design. This role offers significant growth--you'll scale with the brand and help deliver key milestones.

Responsibilities



Operations & Admin



Build and maintain brand

SOPs

, manage documents, purchasing, scheduling, and basic inventory. Maintain the

Wix

website (basic updates), assist with

SEO

, and manage email. Provide customer support: respond to enquiries, assist with bookings, handle FAQs. Track

renovation/project

progress and liaise with contractors & suppliers. Support founders with ad-hoc tasks and project delivery during the expansion phase.

Marketing, Content & Basic Design



RedNote Business Account

operations: content planning & publishing, comment management, data review and growth tests. Coordinate

KOL/blogger

visits and help land co-created content. Contribute to

TikTok

and

Instagram

: routine posting and light community engagement. Capture and edit short-form content (

CapCut

); design images/banners/carousels/event promos in

Canva

. Maintain the brand asset library (logos, fonts, templates) and ensure visual consistency. Produce a weekly light-touch metrics summary (views, saves, enquiries) in

Google Sheets

.

Requirements



Reliable, responsible, and execution-driven; calm and professional. Fast learner with lateral thinking; clear communicator who thrives in a fast-paced team.

Hands-on experience managing a RedNote Business Account

. Proficient with

CapCut

,

Canva

,

Google Sheets/Docs

,

Microsoft Office

. Basic ability to maintain a

Wix

website. Strong aesthetic sense aligned to a premium brand.

Excellent English (written & spoken)

Chinese (Mandarin) speaking required
