We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Counter Staff to join our team. This role involves providing excellent service to customers, preparing food items, and maintaining a clean and organised work environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and hospitality, with experience in food preparation and serving. Duties
Serve customers efficiently and courteously at the counter, ensuring a positive experience
Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety standards
Assist in the preparation of meals, including cooking and assembling orders
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the counter area and kitchen.
Handle cash transactions accurately and operate POS systems
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards
Support team members during busy periods to ensure timely service
Desirable Criteria
Previous experience in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant service is desirable but not essential
Knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour
Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy periods
Flexibility to work various shifts if required
