We're a bustling, vibrant and fun Chiropractic Space in Shoreditch, and we're looking for an exuberant and well organised receptionist/ chiropractic assistant to join our growing team.

We want to help people live a happier and healthier life, so if you're bubbly and have good empathy, a positive personality, a passion for people and an interest in health and wellness and want to make a difference in people's lives, then get in contact.

The role includes:

- meeting and greeting our practice members (lots of smiles and chat)

- managing a busy diary for multiple Chiropractors

- managing the flow of members in and out the space

- managing appointment bookings and processing payments

- selling packages and memberships, so an experience in sales is desirable

- writing birthday cards/messages/cute random acts of kindness

- assisting Chiropractors when required (sometimes we have 30 second meetings so you need to be quick thinking, a good communicator, flexible and organised)

- messaging new leads and booking them in the diary

- admin work - filling out forms

- emailing members

- messaging members to book them in

- designing posts and posters on Canva

- social media - we'd love someone who has a passion in this and can come up with good ideas, we want to be going viral and get good engagement on posts so someone with experience will be amazing! Needs to be confident on camera.

- communicating Chiropractic and understanding the Vitalistic approach - keen to learn

Our new team member must be:

- fun, bubbly and chatty (dad jokes are a plus)

- be able to multitask and work accurately under pressure

- be confident with sales/selling services

- be computer literate

- willing to get involved with our social media

- able to deal with stressful situations without becoming flustered

- living locally is a huge plus for us, you having a good local knowledge of the area (tips for bars, restaurants, weekend activities!)

- knowledgeable about Chiropractic would be a bonus but not essential, just have to be keen to learn

Although this is a part-time position, flexibility is a necessary requirement with the ability to cover an unscheduled shift at short notice. The successful applicant will also be required to do cover shifts when other team members are on annual or sick leave.

Able to work Saturdays 9-12pm

Salary: London Living Wage or more depending on experience
