Evolve Chiropractic is a chiropractic centre. We are specialists in high quality chiropractic care, striving to help people live a limitless life.

As a Chiropractic Assistant, you will be responsible for providing assistance and support to the chiropractors and clients within the centre.

The customer facing role will be based on the front desk, where you will be primarily responsible for greeting our clients, assisting them with queries and taking phone calls/ bookings.

Duties and responsibilities



Create a welcoming, health-positive environment, including:

Establish and maintain rapport with clients and their family members Recall names and faces of clients Provide an exceptional welcoming environment and waiting area experience Inspire clients to a wellness lifestyle through chiropractic Discuss and encourage chiropractic referrals Maintain communication and education with clients regarding the value of our services (in person, on the phone, over email etc) Communicate the values of Evolve - who we are, what we do and how we do it
Assist the chiropractor, including:

Pre-shift preparation for receiving clients (identifying, delegating and actioning outcomes for any specific shift) Manage client entry into the centre, and facilitate their movement around the centre to allow them to see the chiropractor on time Answering any questions that clients may have, in a way that is in line with the chiropractors' answers
Front desk admin-tasks, including:

Operating the booking system Practice Hub, alongside Microsoft Office suite Answering the telephone and actioning all calls Ensuring all appointments are booked and scheduled for clients, with the aim of maximising efficiency for the centre Filing and uploading client results, exams and sending off x-rays for reporting Collecting payments from clients Maintaining petty cash Monitoring and following up on outstanding accounts Keeping daily account records and reconciling receipts at the end of the day Monitoring stock levels Maintaining a clean and tidy centre, and contributing with end of shift cleaning Maintaining centre procedures and communicating any updates to the procedures (to ensure that every aspect of the role is documented and can be achieved by anyone else in the business)
Continue your own personal development, including:

Developing your own knowledge of chiropractic Developing your confidence and capabilities in the role
Other:

Assisting with the running of marketing campaigns e.g. creating bookings, creating social media posts, creating advertising and contact of third parties Attending and contributing to team training and meetings, as and when required Providing temporary holiday and sickness cover within the team, as and when required Attending promotional events and seminars, as and when required Organising team birthday collections, gifts and team events
Undertaking any other reasonable duties corresponding with the role that may be required
