Welcome to Alumme Chiropractic. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate team player to join our vibrant, modern, family focused practice, with an immediate start.
In this role, you will be integral in assisting with patient care, administrative tasks, and ensuring a welcoming environment for all clients. The ideal candidate will be passionate about promoting health and wellness. Attention to detail and a preference for structured systems and procedures would also be desirable.
Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service by greeting patients upon arrival, possessing a polished telephone manner, and displaying a friendly and empathetic attitude.
Assist Chiropractors during patient appointments.
Maintain accurate patient records and manage appointment scheduling.
Prepare consult rooms by cleaning and organising equipment.
Handle administrative tasks such as billing, insurance verification, and inventory management.

Proficiency in using office software for scheduling and record management.

In return, you would be supporting a highly committed, enthusiastic and generous Chiropractor, dedicated to serving the local community, with over 14 years experience.
For the successful applicant, there is also a Chiropractic health care package provided, staff events, as well as plenty of opportunity for personal and professional growth. Fully paid training is provided in an inspiring and encouraging environment. There will also be the opportunity to attend seminars and training outside of business hours both locally and abroad.
This is a full-time position of 30-35 hours per week with some early starts and late finishes. The successful candidate will be paid an hourly rate between 12.50-13.50 per hour, with the opportunity for bonus pay.
We require the successful candidate to work 6 clinic shifts per week plus Admin hours. Each shift is approximately 5 hours. There will be the occasional weekend event, that you will be required to help with.

Monday 7:30am-12:30pm & 2:30pm - 7:30pm
Tuesday 7:30am - 12:30pm
Wednesday 2:30pm-7:30pm
Thursday 7:30am-12:30pm & 2:30pm - 7:30pm
