Welcome to Alumme Chiropractic. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate team player to join our vibrant, modern, family focused practice, with an immediate start.

In this role, you will be integral in assisting with patient care, administrative tasks, and ensuring a welcoming environment for all practice members.

Full

on-the-job training will be provided

, so prior chiropractic experience is not essential. However, an

interest in wellness, health, and patient care is essential

, as you will be working closely with patients and practitioners in a wellness-focused environment.

Responsibilities



Provide exceptional customer service by greeting patients upon arrival, possessing a polished telephone manner, and displaying a friendly and empathetic attitude. Booking, rescheduling, and confirming appointments Handling phone calls, emails, and patient enquiries Maintain accurate patient records and manage appointment scheduling. Assist Chiropractors during patient appointments, and perform some patient assessments (training provided). Supporting chiropractors with clinic flow and organisation Maintaining a clean, professional clinic environment Marketing support - assisting with social media advertising, lead calls and booking new patients.

About You



The ideal candidate will:



Have a genuine

Have previous experience in a customer-facing or healthcare role (preferred but not essential) Be friendly, confident, and professional Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills Be highly organised with strong attention to detail Be comfortable working in a

busy, fast-paced clinic environment

Be IT literate and confident using booking systems Be reliable, punctual, and a strong team player

Working Hours



Full-time position - 32 hours per week Shifts include

early starts and late finishes

There will be the occasional weekend event, that you will be required to help with.

Clinic Hours



Monday 7:30am-12:30pm & 2:00pm - 7:30pm

Tuesday 7:30am - 12:30pm & Team Training 12:30-1:15pm

Wednesday 2:30pm-7:30pm

Thursday 7:30am-12:30pm & 2:00pm - 7:30pm
