Overview


We are looking for an efficient, enthusiastic and friendly individual to join our team at Haelan Chiropractic, serving the local community and helping people improve their health! You would be part of a newly established clinic, so this position would bring lots of opportunities for learning!

Our ideal candidate would be energetic, personable, organised and enjoy client interaction.

The clinic is often fast paced and full of energy, so you would need to be able to work at a fast level; completing all daily tasks and running the clinic from all front of house aspects, all whilst still providing an exceptional level of customer service.

Responsibilities



To be at the forefront of front desk operations, including all aspects of diary management: booking and amending client appointments, taking client payments and solving any general client queries. To take responsibility for ensuring the running of everyday tasks within the clinic, and to ensure all daily tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner. To provide an excellent, memorable and unique client focussed experience. To participate in regular training of policies and procedures, as well as attending regular in-person team meetings and 'Zoom' meetings at least once a month. To provide support to the Chiropractor and carry out all requests as instructed. To understand and promote a healthy and wellness-based lifestyle, with a high energy approach.

Essential Criteria:



MUST

have a passion for a healthy, vitalistic life. To be able to read, speak and write fluently in English. Easy access to Knowle Customer service experience is preferable High level of communication skills is essential Intermediate level of IT skills- proficient in use of Microsoft Office Software. To be a 'team player', but confident to work alone.

Working Hours:



The role will be carried out Monday to Saturday. Shifts are a mixture of AM and PM (7.15AM Starts, 7.30PM Finishes) You will be expected to work an average of 30 hours per week. Work will be carried out in shift patterns, dependent on Clinic Opening Hours. Shift patterns will be discussed and detailed if you are successful.
The successful applicant will receive a full paid induction and training course with our Practice Manager prior to commencing the role. Full support will be provided until the completion of a 3-month probationary period.
