Job Description

We are looking for a fun and friendly individual, who has a desire to improve people's health and wellbeing. As the chiropractic assistant you will work closely with our chiropractors and massage therapists to aid them in the care and organisation of their patients. You will be a proactive member of the Relief Chiropractic Health Clinic team and an advocate for chiropractic care.

We are looking for a Chiropractic Assistant to start from mid December 2025. This would be perfect for anyone who is friendly and likes to work with people.

Core Hours: Tuesday to Friday: 9.00am - 6.30pm

Main Duties:

Managing patient flow in the clinic Use of diary management software Ensuring patient intake forms are completed Keeping the clinic clean and tidy Other patient management as required Reception tasks as required Other administration as required
Qualifications:

Computer Literacy GCSE's in English and Maths (or equivalent)
Physical demands:

This role requires the ability to work at a standing desk and walk around the clinic for the majority of the working hours.
Knowledge and Skills:

Previous experience of working in a clinical environment is desired, and computer literacy is essential. You will have a desire to help people improve their health and wellbeing. You will be energetic and self-motivated. You will have excellent attention to detail. You will possess excellent time management skills. You will be an excellent team member. You will be able to handle difficult situations in a calm and friendly manner. You will be able to handle a busy patient list and prioritise tasks accordingly. You will be well presented and professional. You will be friendly and enthusiastic. You will possess excellent communication skills. You will have sound principals and an excellent work ethic. You will be able to work efficiently and effectively when left to work alone. An understanding of medical terminology is desirable. Full CRB/DBS may be required. You must be willing to sign a non-disclosure agreement. You will be expected to work under the protocols and high standards of Relief Chiropractic Health Clinic.
