Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated, energetic and front facing Chiropractic Assistant to join our team in providing high-quality care to our patients. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, be proactive in supporting the clinic and have a passion for natural and holistic healthcare.

The practice is located at Far Peak Business Park, just outside of Northleach in the Cotswolds; an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

This position will require 15 1/2

hours working per week

, with the possibility of future increase if requested, and covering illness etc.

Working Hours:

Monday: 07:30-19:30 (break 12:30-14:00)
Wednesday: 14:00-19:30

Note that these days and times are not flexible, so if you cannot commit to all of these hours then please do not apply.

Duties:

- Assist Chiropractors with all areas of patient care
- Greet patients and help them feel comfortable during their visit
- Schedule appointments and manage patient records accurately
- Educate patients on treatment plans and home care exercises
- Perform administrative tasks such as billing, filing, and answering phone calls
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the clinic

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a healthcare and/or customer service setting is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills and a compassionate attitude towards patients
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Computer literacy is essential
- Strong interest in natural health, fitness and wellbeing is advantageous
