Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented

Chocolate Room Machine Operator

to join our production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery used in the chocolate manufacturing process, ensuring consistent quality and adherence to safety and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate chocolate production machinery - training will be given. Monitor machine performance and adjust settings as necessary to maintain product quality. Load raw materials (e.g., chocolate, fillings, moulds) and unload finished products. Conduct routine checks and basic maintenance on machines to prevent downtime. Record production data accurately (e.g., batch numbers, quantities, and quality checks). Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with food safety and hygiene regulations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the chocolate room and equipment. Wear appropriate PPE and maintain a clean and hazard - free workspace. Work collaboratively with team members and report any issues to the supervisor promptly.

Requirements:

Previous experience in food production or as a machine operator is preferred (chocolate experience is a strong asset). Ability to follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines. Physically fit; able to lift upto 25 kg and stand for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and quality. Good communication skills and a positive team attitude. Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
