We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious

Machine Operator

to join our chocolate production team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining chocolate-processing machinery to ensure consistent product quality and efficient production flow. You will also serve as a

backup Forklift Driver

, assisting with material handling, loading, and warehouse support as needed.

Duties may include:

Operate and monitor chocolate processing and packaging machinery. Perform start-up, changeover, and shutdown procedures as per standard operating protocols. Inspect machinery regularly to ensure smooth operation and identify potential issues. Record production data and report any equipment malfunctions to maintenance or supervision. Perform minor adjustments or preventive maintenance as required. Maintain cleanliness of workstations and equipment in accordance with food safety standards. Operate forklift safely to move raw materials, packaging supplies, or finished goods. Assist with loading and unloading of deliveries. Follow all company safety policies, food safety guidelines, and operational procedures. Wear appropriate PPE and maintain a clean and hazard-free workspace.

Skills and requirements:

Basic mathematical skills Previous experience in food manufacturing, is a plus. Forklift certification is required. Ability to troubleshoot basic machine issues and follow detailed instructions. Strong attention to detail, quality, and safety. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
