Santa Experience

event. As one of Santa's cheerful helpers, you'll play a vital role in creating unforgettable festive memories for families and children.

From welcoming wide-eyed little ones to performing in our magical Christmas show, and assisting during their visit with Santa Claus, you'll bring joy, energy, and Christmas spirit to life.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and engage with children and families

in character as one of Santa's elves

Perform in a short festive theatrical experience/show

, working as part of a scripted ensemble at intervals throughout the day.

Assist with the magical journey to meet Santa

, ensuring a smooth and joyful experience

Guide children in selecting their Christmas gift

after their visit with Santa Stay in character throughout your shift, creating a believable and enchanting atmosphere Ensure the space is clean, safe, and child-friendly throughout the experience Work closely with the events team, actors, and Santa to deliver a seamless event

Requirements

Prior

performance or acting experience

(stage, street theatre, immersive theatre, or similar) Great with children -- friendly, patient, and confident engaging with families Energetic, enthusiastic, and comfortable in costume Strong communication and improvisation skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, festive environment Reliability and punctuality essential Available on all dates listed

Desirable (But Not Essential)

Experience working in immersive or family theatre Performance training or drama school background First Aid certification or PVG/DBS check
