About the role

The LAB is looking for energetic, customer-focused individuals to join our

Front of House team

over the busy festive period. This is a

6-week temporary role

starting the week commencing

Monday 24th November

, with the possibility for high-performing team members to be offered ongoing employment beyond the initial contract.

As part of our team, you'll play an essential role in delivering excellent hospitality to our guests, whether that's behind the bar mixing drinks, or on the floor serving food and creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities

Greeting customers with a friendly and professional manner Taking orders accurately and efficiently Preparing and serving drinks at the bar Serving food and drinks to tables Maintaining high standards of cleanliness across the bar and restaurant areas Providing excellent customer service, even during busy periods Working closely with the team to ensure smooth service throughout shifts

What we're looking for

Previous bar, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred but not essential A positive, outgoing personality and great people skills Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and over the Christmas and New Year period Strong communication and teamwork skills

Duration: 6 weeks Start date: Week commencing

Hours: Flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
