As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our guests. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of front-of-house operations, ensuring that every visitor has a memorable experience. Duties

Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere. Assist with seating arrangements and provide menus to patrons. Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently, relaying them to the kitchen or bar staff. Monitor dining areas for cleanliness and organisation, ensuring that tables are promptly cleared and reset. Support food preparation tasks as required, adhering to food safety standards at all times. Handle catering requests and assist with event setups when necessary. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods. Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly, providing excellent customer service.

Experience

Previous experience in a front-of-house role within the hospitality sector is preferred but not essential; we welcome those eager to learn. Familiarity with food safety practices is highly desirable. Experience in catering or bartending would be advantageous but not mandatory. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team are essential. A passion for delivering outstanding customer service in a restaurant environment is crucial.

Pay: From 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 48 per week
