Picturedrome Cinemas work to deliver excellent service by putting the customer at the heart of everything we do. Working as part of the team, the Supervisor is dedicated to ensuring that a high quality of customer service is provided to all members of the public visiting the Cinema.
Contracted hours will be 16hrs, but that is just the minimum, you will usually be expected to work around 30 hours. It is mainly in the afternoons & evenings, but you will be required to work weekends. Partial uniform is provided and must be worn at all times.
No formal qualifications are needed, just lots of enthusiasm, the ability to delegate to a team & deal with the public.
The ideal candidate will:
Look smart & tidy at all times.
Support their team.
Ensure that stock is replenished.
Offer great customer service and go the extra mile.
Look out for themselves, their team, and our customers to ensure that they are safe & secure.
Work hard behind the retail kiosk to serve our valued customers.
Talk to their team to ensure that they know what is going on.
They will also:
Take part in staff training.
Ensure company standards are adhered to.
Preferred skills:
Previous supervisor experience.
Retail, hospitality, and cleaning experience preferred.
Pay Rate: 12.41 per hour
