Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Supervisor to join our team. As a Cinema Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operation and ensuring exceptional customer services in a relaxed and friendly environment.

Duties:

- Engaging with customers to create a warm and welcoming environment.

- Supervision of the staff team on shift to ensure the achievement of the company standards/goals.

Ensuring that all customers have a great experience and that every visit is made easy and fun for all customers.

- Ensuring any customer issues are handled quickly and efficiently with successful resolution wherever possible.

- Leading by example, and consistently driving forward Company standards.

- Building & Scheduling film playlists

- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the venue

Experience:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality/leisure industry is preferred
- Interest in films and the cinema
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and tact

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From 13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 35 per week
