We are delighted to advise we have an exciting opportunity within the Carers' Information & Support Service (CISS) for a flexible, dedicated individual who can provide information, advice and support across the city of Hull.
We are looking for an individual who is experienced in undertaking assessments and caseload management who would enjoy the challenge of identifying hidden carers through partnership working, events and service presentations.
Main duties of the job
The Integrated CISS Worker is a great opportunity for someone to join our forward-thinking service with a dynamic team of carer support workers who work with a 'Think Carer' focused approach.
Experience of undertaking assessments is essential alongside support planning. Excellent keyboard skills and an understanding of IT packages with the ability to use email are essential.
