Job Description
Due to significant growth Cormac, as a multi-disciplined business, are looking to recruit into the following civil engineering and surfacing roles across Cornwall (West and East) for an immediate start:
Groundworkers (Operatives and Chargehands)
About you
We are looking for you to bring:
You will be required to possess excellent civil engineering and construction knowledge and skills. A relevant construction accreditation (eg CSCS/CPCS/NPORS) A valid driving licence will be essential.
Our offer to you
Salary: 35,823 - 38,574 Civil Operative 3 to 4
39,978 - 41,325 Civil Chargehand 3 to 4
Working Hours: 45
Contract Type: Permanent
Base: Cornwall
Closing Date: Midnight Friday 27th February 2026
